Spring Clean
The now annual spring clean of Iveagh Gardens will be taking place on the evening of Wednesday 13th April. This is part of the 'National Spring Clean' initiave by An Taisce. Refreshments and goodies will be on offer to all who participate (and do a bit of cleaniing also) on the day. The agreed time is between 5p.m. and 8 p.m. but of course any time before or after this is OK for a cleanup too. Please see http://www.nationalspringclean.org/events.php?page for more details.
Could all those who wish to particpate in the cleanup please gather near the front rings. The more the merrier !

Easter Quiz / Hat Competition.
The usual quiz and hat competition will take place on Saturday 16th of April from 1pm. There will be an egg for each participant of the hat competition to take away . Also there will be some goodies handed out for those who complete the quiz.

Night Out At The Dogs
Another outing the greyhound race track at Harolds Cross is planned for some evening near the end of May (date TBC). There is food (a dinner most probably) planned and a reserved seating space. The committee are checking with the track on possible dates (and costs) - more details to follow.
